Congratulations go out to The Tatum Family (Gayla, Andy and family) on the new addition to their family. Reece! Born at 11:16 am this morning. He is 7 lbs. 9 oz and 20 1/2 inches long! Grand Parents are Teresa and Darrell Gaines. And Great Grand-Parents are Billy Joe Waters and the late Carolyn Waters. We would just like to welcome our new cousin to the Waters Family.
